All patients require an appointment and referral from their general practicioner veterinarian.

Where possible, initial appointments are made in the morning to allow animals to be admitted for further investigation if necessary. Some evening appointments are available on a limited basis. Pets should attend the initial consultation fasted overnight unless they have on going medical conditions (such as diabetes melitis) that require regular feeding. This allows a full range of options for investigation and treatment during the initial consultation.
